Cancelation Policy
If you cancel your appointment with 24 hour prior notice, there is no cancelation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the treatment you were scheduled. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment twice in a row, you will be required to prepay with a credit card in order to schedule your next appointment.
No Show Policy
When you do not show for a scheduled appointment (unless it is due to a Medical Emergency for yourself, a significant other or your child) you will be charged 50% of what your missed appointment would have been, at your next appointment. When I miss a massage appointment with you, your next massage is discounted by 50%.
Late Arrival Policy
When you arrive late, your session will end at the time it was scheduled to end. You will be charged for the “full” time of your scheduled appointment, regardless of the actual massage time you received.
