My objective is to assist the 60 year young active individual move better, recover faster, and play with greater consistency through specific and detailed targeted therapeutic massage techniques that will treat soft tissue restrictions, muscle imbalances, and repetitive stress which are the by products of an active lifestyle. That active lifestyle includes but is not be limited to: golf, pickleball, gardening, running, tennis and whatever you are passionate about.
